nice and friendly people .decent selection of cars not great ..the process took awhile but over all not bad at all..
when I learned of their program today I was blown away. to have 3 year 36,000 mile warranty is unheard of for someone in my financial state. I felt like I got the royal treatment especially with the peace of mind this awesome warranty now gives me.
They helped me with full information and I even got a calender for my payments. They always have great cars too.

Sign should read JD Buyer Beware!! Sales and service were notified days after purchase of issues and requested replacement with comparable vehicle. Not only did they refuse return/replacement they disregarded information because I was a woman and wouldn’t even attempt anything until information came from a man. That still too 3 attempt s to correct and would not correct the vibration that started after they had it. Since then they hadn’t responded to emails or phone calls.
Lucinda has been awesome got it in and out in timely manner thank you so much. 5 stars.
