We loved everything about jdbyrider. But the thing that stands out above everything is the efficiency the company took to put us in a car asap. Jerry johnson was the best he explained everything in full detail which helped us better understand the process. Jarrod also took serving customers to a whole new level. The communication was phenominal. Jerry Johnson was super helpful. He asked us what type of vehichle we wanted and matched us up with the exact type of vehicle we needed for my family. With an experience like this i will definatley be back when i need another vehicle.
LaCinda in service has helped me as a single mom of 3 who just started a new job she took every worry away calmed me down and told me we will everything out she went above and beyond to help me and I can’t think her enough for everything she has done!!! By far the best service I’ve ever had 😁

Jerry was very nice and helpful. process was a little long but ok in the end. Had to go back after having my van for 3 days because the check engine light came on. They fixed it right away with no issue. After having it for 2 weeka today, I was leaving to go to work and the van wouldnt start. I called the service dept and spoke with a very nice lady there. They are going to fix it at no cost to me :) I think if people communicate with this place the experience will be better. I will update on Monday after they get done.
