So I recently got into a 2012 Ford Focus about 3 months ago. ever since my car has been in the service department 5 times. when I was shown the car the mirror was shattered and I was told they were gonna keep the car for a couple hours to fix a couple things. I get the car back later that day and the mirror is still shattered.
