Today i went to this company. The services they provide was excellent. I had no credit and before i ask other dealership and my bank to finace a car or used car they denied because of my credit history. Not happy with the way son and daughter in law has be treated there. Their vehicle that you said passed all the test before selling spends more time in garage than them using it. They are paying for a vehicle that is constantly at your place being worked on. You said you replaced the engine yet it is doing the same thing. Seems the vehicle is a lemon. Not fair. Sad. Are their any happy customers ? Seems your screwing people over.
