Horrible people skills, keep me in there for over an hour never once offered me a drink of water, never told me what was going on. Had my 8 month old with me so there was no reason they couldn't find something to make small talk. All they kept asking me was if I wanted to trade in my current vehicle.. Needless to say they in the main lobby said to ho home and they would call the next day because they couldn't get the information that they need to approve me.. So much for respect and privacy... Oh yeah never a phone call...
