Got my truck in March from the Cedar Rapids Iowa location and they have been amazing all the way. Came down to Pell City , AL and had a minor issue so they got it in to the location nearest me and she was up and running right in no time! Thanks JD Byrider!
Tyler was our salesman. He was very straight forward and socialable. Tyler did a great job of answering the questions we had and being prompt. We also thought the finance department was friendly and helpful.
