Craig was a great person to work with. Helped me get into a truck that I wanted and felt like he did his best to get me in a car as fast as possible. And allowed me to leave the lot with a new truck!! Recommend if you use JD to go throw Craig
They made trading in our vehicle easy. Since we were good customers they didn't hassle us about credit score. Tyler and Aaron were the two that helped us and they were straight forward and polite.
