The steakhouse opened in 2006, but the building has been standing since 1906 and originally a home to a real estate investment firm. As you would imagine, the original floor plans, roofing, as well as the electrical and mechanical components were replaces, modernized. Byrd and Baldwin uses only grain fed Midwestern all natural beef, which is also aged on site. The historic building atmosphere adds such a great dynamic to a fine dining experience.

Best Filet and Fried Shrimp I've ever had! – I have been to B&B several times with my boyfriend and his family...each time the service has been excellent, the food delicious, and the atmosphere cozy. I usually order the 6 or 8 oz filet and it is TO DIE FOR. The only thing I would say is, I ordered mine Medium and it was delivered Med-Rare, so if you mean warm with pink center, I would clarify or order Medium-Well.
