I'm very very annoyed with this place. This was my first time buying a home and the experience was horrible. I keep getting the run around about the things I haven't gotten yet. I feel like I'm being lied to every time I talk to someone. Things hasn't be fixed on my mobile home I can't even get in home I have no steps. It's just a mess!!!!!!!!!!!
I helped my parents buy a new mobile home from Byram. The installation was a nightmare. When we powered up the home, only half the house had power. They fixed that. Then we had a massive water leak under the home. They fixed that until it started leaking again a year later. One interior door closes by itself because it is not square. They didn't fix that.
