RecommendedWe special ordered our Deer Valley. The house is beautiful but not without some issues. For the most part Joseph tried to take care of everything. Some things are out of his control. If you want a decent price I recommend going through here!!
Fast to take your money, but takes forever to set up everything took 3 weeks to get air condition hooked up and still no sewer hookups about to make first payment and cant even live in it.
They have the best people to work with they kept me inform on everything that was going on an it was the best experience I had with purchasing my first home
Was promised time and time again that our countertops would be replaced and it's been over a year and still nothing! we still have a crack in our living room ceiling and our vent above our ac unit is STILL leaking and our lights in teo of our bathrooms still have a short ! The lights will just go off and come back on! Aweful, Aweful customer service!!! will never recommend anyone buy from here!!!!!!!!!!

If you’re looking to purchase a home PLEASE GO TO BYRAM HOME CENTER AND ASK FOR JOSEPH NICKELS!!!!!! You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED...
