my parents bought a home and the floor wasn't put down properly. The floor has cracked throughout the home. It's been over a year since they bought the home. They keep making excuses why it hasn't been fixed.
They sold me a home, then tore it up during delivery, and 3 months later still don’t want to make it good. Going to have to take to court.

I had Mr kevin all the employees are very down to earth very sweet and what ever they promise u u will get it they are some good people to deal with and do business with I love them
These people need a little bit more experience before they consider themselves “technicians” . A friend of mine is having to deal with this heat with very poor air conditioning quality . They’ve been out to fix it multiple times , but still have yet to fix the problem. Fix one thing and break another . Very disappointing.
During the buying process it was fast and great. But now that my daughter lives in this home with her infant son. It’s been awful. Brand new home (2018) and she has to use window units. Because air doesn’t work . There’s a leak under the kitchen cabinet. That has molded notified them on the 18 th of April about that . The siding is falling off not to mention a big dent at the top of the home. Customer service after the purchasing part is terrible. It’s been two months.
