RecommendedBWS saved my 'life' on 2 separate occasions when my hard drive crashed on my main computer. My backup program would not recover it. I was only without the computer for 2 days but NOTHING was lost on my hard drive. They were able to transfer everything to a new drive and get my up and going. HIGHLY recommended.
