We connected with BWS after checking BBB and we have NOT been disappointed. Because of their previous excellent CS we contacted them when our water heater started leaking between Christmas & New Years! They are responsive /knowledgeable /friendly /on time and a great company to work with! They don’t sell/do more than what you need. For last several years we have also used their very reasonable AC & furnace seasonal checks.

I was pretty disappointed with my service. The o out reason for the two stars is the women who answered the phones were very nice and I think really tried to be helpful and empathetic. My toilet was leaking so I contacted My home warranty service who contracts with BWS so I didn’t have a choice in who came to my house. I have a home warranty on my recently purchased home. The home warranty company contracts with BWS. The tech, Ryan G, came to my house on 6/24/21 to assess the plumbing issues I discovered after I purchased my home. He told me on 6/24 he would be requesting approval from my home warranty company for the repairs/replacements, then they would need to order parts, and once the parts arrived, would be able to schedule the service. BWS replaced my water heater, and 3 days later it leaked overnight and flooded my basement. They will not respond to the restoration company to pay for fixing the water damage in my basement, so I'm having to file a claim with my insurance to try to get them to take responsibility.
