Cool staff. I am nervous because I've never had eye surgery yikes. Riley helped me even when I was nervous and agitated. Thanks Riley and staff
Slowest place ever! We were the only patient there and took 2 hours after we had already done exam. Everyone talking and carrying on like it was a party while we sat in the room!
Staff was awesome. I would of gave them 5 stars but they are remodeling and was kinda noisy.
I’m so grateful for their willingness to stay open for me on a busy Wednesday night. I had a little bit of an emergency, and needed to pick up specialty eye drops. Technically, they were closed and most businesses would not have helped me past business hours, but they did, and it made my day so much better! Great work, BVA!!
Dr. Potter and BVA Advanced Eye Care made me feel very comfortable with my experience. This is the first eye procedure that I have had, and I didn't know what to expect. They were great about explaining the whole process, and what to expect in recovery. Dr. Potter did an excellent job with the procedure. I highly recommend BVA to anyone. They explain everything along the way and make sure that you are comfortable during the outpatient procedure.
