erin the girl that helps with the eyeglasses was rude and hateful to me because I was late picking up my eyeglasses. I had some serious family issues, going on, ie.e.death in the family. She bascially treated me like a criminal. She didn't offer me a case or cleaner like most place do, because I felt like she wanted to punish me. I love the optometrist but not her so I won't be going back there. There are plenty of other places to go. .
Very thankful for Omni Eye care staff! Just had LASIK done a few days ago and they were amazing! Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. The doctor who did my surgery walked me step by step as we went along. If you are looking for ANY eye care needs go here! Thank you Omni staff!
Omni cares about customer health during this time of social distancing. Recently, I lost a nose pad on my new glasses. I called to see if they could replace it for me. The happily agreed to replace it and went further by offering to mail the replacement nose pad so I could avoid unnecessary public contact. I appreciate their willingness to put customer health first.
I’ve seen several eye specialists who only wanted to treat my dry eyes. They knew right away that I have PCO. Basically, scare tissue from my cataract surgery. Laser surgery on Monday. I’m so excited that I may actually be able to see well.
I only wish that I had gone in sooner. Staff is very helpful and you get what you pay for. Fast, friendly and efficient.
Excellent eye testing and patient care.
