Pedicure was good but the technicians were very very rude. They couldn't even handle the French manicure with the air brush!
Got gel nails but the nail tech didnt even use Bond Aid (which helps the gel adhered). Not sure if she forgot or if it's not part of the routine.
$28 for a toe paint change? Not only that but the lady clipped my cuticles and nail so far down one of them completely dislodged. It was painful and the most un-relaxing experience of my life and now I'm paying for it for the next 3 months while my nail grows back. Dirty. Disgusting. Unfriendly. Never again. Save your $28 . please.
Best nail place ever! Wish they were closer to home but I come here whenever I'm in Syracuse.
