Worst experience ever!! I went to get a pedicure last Thursday. The woman who I had for my service was horrible. The first words out of her mouth was she didn’t like the color picked out was not pretty. Then she pulled out an ingrown toe nail after I jumped in pain when she pulled on it. The toe was bleeding and it hurt. It still hurts today. It felt like she was rushed through the pedicure and was just not nice. I will never ever go there again.
I came to BV Nails for a fill & to replace one nail that broke (I didn’t get them done here to begin with). I had Alex & he ended up giving me a custom design in rhinestones on one nail, and marble decal on the other! I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go to another place, he took great care of me! Definitely recommend this salon to everyone, and ask for Alex when you go!

I just left the salon in tears. They asked me if I’d like my acrylics cut down and I said “just a little bit”. They cut them down to my fingertips and two of them are crooked. I asked for a polish change on my toes and they said it would be $24. Needless to say I said “no thanks, I’ll just do them at home”. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
I went here when pregnant and asked for the lowest price pedicure. She kept asking if I wanted the deluxe, I said no every time. Then she asked if I wanted my feet scrubbed, I said sure. Halfway through getting my nails done I had to pay. She charged me for the deluxe! Then told her manager I asked for that! I told her I wasn’t paying that, 3 of them were screaming at me while the whole salon was looking at me!!! Service was terrible felt rushed I asked for a hand design girl couldn’t do what I wanted instead of telling me she didn’t know how to she attempted to when I said I didn’t like it she told me if she took it off she wasn’t trying again ... like excuse me I’m the one paying for a service after all that I even tipped her when I shouldn’t have won’t be going back there
I have never been disappointed. I go to the same gentleman every time and he does a great job.
They over charged my 15 yr old daughter and cut her finger and took 2 hrs plus to do just a full set and color and charged her 45.00 dollars I'm so pissed
