I've never been do disappointed with the way my nails turned out than am right now. I asked for LONG COFFIN nails and I got SHORT stubby looking crap. I explained to the girl (who was talking on the phone during our service) that this is NOT what I asked for and she told me my nails sizes were different and there's nothing she could do about it? What the fuck. Glad I just spent $45 on shit I could have done myself. Genuinely upset. I used to love this place but I wont be coming back.
After cutting the skin off my toe I was swollen and unable to wear shoes. Manager told me "was not us"! Never will I return never
This use to be one of my favorite nail places. However, the last couple times I tried paying with a visa gift card and was told my card did not work. The girl brought over a receipt in which they just pressed cancel on their machine and tried to pass it off as being declined. While getting my nails done I have also seen them do the same thing to other people as well and tell them their card is declined and the customer had to run to the ATM and get cash to pay for their bill. I have been going to this place for at least five years. I used to love their nails, but the rudeness of the employees is deplorable! Two weeks ago while I was there for my usual fill...I was told to "go get my flu shot" because I coughed. There has been no effort to make you feel welcome, chatter amongst themselves...and if I had a penny for every time I witnessed them taunting a customer behind their back, I'd have a lot of pennies.
