Rude, Rude, Rude! – This has probably been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I run a marketing agency and know what good customer service is about and this husband and wife team are clueless. I'm not sure how they've stayed in business for so long but I can not say that it's because they are kind, responsive, or friendly. Bottom line, the are RUDE and I would drive to California to buy a commercial vehicle before I spent my money with them.
