We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Food was great but poor service had to ask for refills of tea
Poor service, waitress only came back one time after taking our order just to give check, food was cold. Never going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I had the pasta with shrimp! And it was great!! Also tried the spinach and cheese dip which was very good while waited on our food. Service was great and our view was beautiful sitting on the patio while it rained.�
Great crawfish ! Server was nice and friendly and the beer was cold ! Awesome day
Shitty service, waitress couldn't tell me what drink they had and apparently out of a lot. Food too salty and over seasoned. Probably won't come back. Waitress didn't seem to care about her job

We stayed in Waco 1 night and this is where the guy at the hotel said we should go. Got there about 8 pm and while she said there was a 45 min wait we easily found 2 seats at the bar. Bar service was good. Ordered drinks and The Big Easy Rolls. They were AWESOME. After 15 min a table opened in the bar area so we snatched it. Dinner and service was great. Those Big Easy Rolls were so good we stopped for lunch on the way out of town and ordered them again!

Was in Buzzard Billy's for Mardi Gras party & loved it all! Music, food and cocktails. Cocktails in the bar and outside on the deck for dinner. Service was great (waitress coached us on how to eat crawdads). We are in Waco from Alaska visiting our son who recently moved to Waco & hope to make many mores trips back to your lovely city.
