We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Shrimp. Sante Fe. Jalapenos. Gooey Jack cheese. Succulent Shrimp. Beautifully Bacon-wrapped. Crisped to perfection. Dipped in homemade ranch. Dipped in cocktail sauce. Peel-and-eat shrimp. A whole bucket. I will never be able to pass Buzzard Billy's when driving from Austin to Dallas again.
Ughhh. Not only was the service slow, but my daughters chicken was so raw it was still purple. The bathrooms are disgusting and we will NEVER go back. Drove 2 hours for seafood and we got awful awful food. Manager tried to compensate with ice cream....hardly enough to excuse raw purple chicken.
The food here use to be superb. It's definitely not what it used to be. The appetizers were good and the mixed drinks are watered down. The service is horrible.
Food was really good! We ordered a pasta dish and oysters on a half show. The server was not on top of things though. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, the waitress forgot to order my food and had to wait another 15 minutes. She forgot my husbands drink refill and I never got one. Be ready to wait but the food is amazing!
Excellent food! The menu seems to be more condensed now than it was a few years ago. I remember then getting a platter that had blackened catfish with seafood gumbo, and andouille sausage served on a huge bed of red beans and rice. Back then, many of the items on the menu had a choice of either a smaller lunch entree, or a larger dinner entree for a slightly higher price. Well, first and foremost we walked in they hostess ask how many I said two took right to a table, the waiter took our drink order and came took our food order, in about ten minutes we had our food it was great, and the service was is fine. You guys all of you were great very polite the was a little busy but he kept our drinks full, and yes he got a tip, Thno yoh guys atBuzzar Bily's we are from Arkansas we will come back
First time visit.... very yummy. Highly recommend.
After reading some of the reviews, we were a little afraid of trying this place. But we did! Service was good and no wait time. I had shrimp Gabrielle and it was very good! My friend had blackened grilled shrimp. She liked it. There's several little things that could be changed to make my rating better. But.. we would probably go back.
It was ok. My sister in law asked about a diet drink and we were told u didn't have it but we saw as we were walking out. The shrimp was ok could of been better.
