We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. The foos was good and the staff were so attentive and helpful.
The food was slow coming out, everyone's food came out in about 5mins intervals once it started coming out,so by the time the 5th person got their meal everyone was just about finished so we sat and waited for her to finish. The quesadilla I ordered stated on menu that there would be no problem finding the chicken due to it being loaded with chicken, well it was loaded with red, green bell pepper and onions so after I removed all the peppers and onions there was not much left.The waiter was the best thing about our visit.
The staff was nice, food was good. I had the fried catfish platter. Was reasonably price. Will go back.
We have a large party of people to celebrate my son in laws birthday. Our waiter did a great job taking care of us all and the food was really good. I had the Shrimp and Grits, it was wonderful!! I'll definitely be back again!

I think buzzard's is one of the nicest restaurants in Waco and we really enjoyed the river view! The food was delicious and something different than the usual fare. I'm tickled about the new addition and can't wait to see it. I hope a proper boat dock is being added because we prefer to arrive in our boat!
Waiter really nice, he made sure we had everything we needed. Great time on my first visit.
