We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Stopped in for a late lunch. Brandon, our server took us to a nice table outside on the river. He explained some of the dishes they served..and I ended up eating some awesome Alligator. Did some shrimp Creole as well and it was top notch. Will definitely go there again when we are in town...and will ask for Brandon. 2 thumbs up!
Really enjoyed the food! We tried the Alligator appetizer and other menu favorites. Nice environment inside and outside. On the water! Large place. Not cramped. We plan to return.

Outstanding food. This is a must for Waco dining. The gator is outstanding as is the red beans and rice.
I had a Hurricane drink and then ate some food... But unfortunately I got sick and thru all of it up at the restaurant. So.. I'm not sure what caused it! The food did taste good!
Everything was perfect. The waiter was also bartending that evening, but he never missed a beat. Drinks, appetizer and meal all was perfect along with the arrival time.
Waitress was great, my steak was perfectly cooked, our table presented an awesome view of the bridge. Don’t laugh, but my milk was actually cold vs. normal restaurant milk which is usually tepid! The room was cold and I find the divot in the bench seat uncomfortable, but we will be back
The food was good the server was very professional 4 stars.
I had the catfish dinner, have never tasted catfish so good!! It did take quite a while to get our dinners and my grandsons fish tacos were cold.
