I Already Have Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? No Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Not really, they've recommended a few things I don't need Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. Some of their staff was not friendly at all and one in particular was downright hateful. They billed me for charges when I thought insurance paid everything, and I told them I'd mail half a payment then and half in two weeks when I got paid again. They RETURNED my check to me and turned me over to COLLECTIONS. They also cancelled my next appointment without advising me.
