I needed to replace my MOHS Hardness Test Kit and while looking came across BMD. I attempted to place my order last night on 03/15 but kept putting in the wrong CVV. First thing this morning I got a call from, Glenn at BMD, to see if I needed any assistance. Not only was BMD $20 less than every other company, but WITHIN 30 MINUTES of placing my order I received a text message from Glenn showing my MOHS in the box and ready to ship. Amazing service!!!!!! I would recommend these folks to anyone!
