My first appointment was great! The dental technician explained everything she was going to do, starting with x-raying all of my teeth. She asked me how I was doing multiple times. I felt comfortable and that I was in capable hands. Dr. Soriano was thorough and explained my treatment. He listened when I shared my concerns about my teeth and treatment. The appointment was thorough and, happily for me, quick as sometimes a routine cleaning can be a bit lengthy, over an hour. Absolutely my best cleaning appointment and the doctor was very complimentary regarding my oral hygiene.
I find that I can always depend on getting great work at Butterfield. I never feel that I am looked down upon regardless of the sorry state of my teeth when I first presented myself to the practice. They always seem to make me as comfortable as possible.
The staff was remarkably skilled. They explained things thoroughly. They were most pleasant.
Awful dentistry. Worse we've ever experienced. They're money hungry and it shows. Ridiculous advice, aggressive, and absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND.
The dentists and staff are awesome and this is a beautiful, small, private feel dental office which I love. Thank you for providing really great care.
