I had my first cleaning with this practice and found the entire experience quite relaxing compared to past dental visits. The front desk staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The menu of Starbucks drinks to choose from while waiting was a nice and surprising touch. The dental hygienist was skillful and friendly. I had a filling replaced and I was not looking forward to it. It's been 20 years since I had dental work and I did not know how much technology has advanced. Dr. Konz did an amazing job and it was over before the tv show ended.
I left your dentist office an hour ago and have already told 5 people about the amazing experience. It is amazing to go to a dentist for a teeth cleaning, and come out with softer hands, squeaky clean teeth, and a relaxed, balanced feeling. Everyone there genuinely cared to get to know me, and wanted my experience to be great. I am grateful to be a patient at such a caring & nice place!
These ladies really put a lot of effort into making a dreaded activity into a really enjoyable one. The soft music in the waiting room, the lemon water, the plush chairs, the literature, the scented candles. Once in the chair it only gets better. A big flat screen tv to watch, shades for your eyes so the light doesn't blind you, neck and hand warmers. The dental assistants and the Dr.s are all polite and know what they are doing. Best dentist by far, that I have ever utilized. You can trust their work.
This was my first experience at a dentist where I actually did not want to leave. Everyone is very friendly, attentive and always making sure you are comfortable. The dental hygienist was awesome at making sure I knew every step of the cleaning and making sure I was never in pain. Not to mention the complimentary paraffin hand treatment and neck pillow, where do you go wrong! Have already recommended this office to all my friends!
Great people and super quality work! Dr. Konz and her staff are the best around!
