From the moment you walk in you can tell this is much different then most dental offices. The environment is very comfortable and the staff is friendly and caring. They are knowledgeable and work efficiently. You never wait long when you arrive. I came to Dr. Konz with a mouth full of problems after hiding from Dentists for over 7 years. Everyone is so nice... and it's more like a spa feeling than a dental office! Definitely the most caring staff.
I was warmly greeted personally by Dr Konz when I arrived for my 1st appointment with the practice. The entire staff was welcoming and genuinely interested in providing a quality experience. I felt very pampered and relaxed throughout my visit.
Dr. Konz and staff is always friendly and treat you as par of their extended family. Excellent service with a smile. I love it.
