I had my teeth cleaned today by Sharon and it was great! She made me feel very calm and took her time to ensure my happiness. I am very pleased with my experience.
As a new patient, I was very nervous about needing major work done. Extreme anxiety. The 2 hour procedure couldn't have been easier. Everything is about your comfort. I had no pain, no discomfort at all. It seemed to go so quickly, as I watched a show on the flat screen tv wearing noise cancelling earphones. I was prescribed Valium pre appt to take the edge off and given ibuprofen before the procedure to ward off any pain afterward. I can't recommend Dr. Konz and her caring staff more highly, especially for dental phobics.
My experience with Dr. Konz has been first rate. Both she and her staff are highly professional, attentive and caring.
I love the smiles, gentle care, and genuine attention to detail in this office. I know that I am in good hands and I appreciate the explaination of benefits, procedures, etc.
Dr. Konz has been our family dentist for over 10 years now. Through her patient, caring treatment, she and her staff were able to cure our young children of their dental visit fears. She has also given me a natural smile I can be proud of (after my prior dentist recommended false teeth), and she did it in a step-by-step manner which I could afford. Her staff is well-trained, professional, and cheerful: her office is cheery and pleasant, and her equipment is state-of-the-art. I am a fan!
Dr. Konz was recommended by a friend. Transfered from a city office because I moved to the area. Initial bi-annual cleaning was great with parafin hand treatment and neck pillow during my cleaning. Extremely professional, smelled pleasant. Going in next month for comprehensive visit with the dentist. So far, I would recommend this office.
It is always a great experience to go to the Dr. Konz's office. The staff was courteous and efficient and the whole process is very pleasant. Highly recommend Dr. Konz and her staff.
I had a crown fall off during lunch, with plans to drive 4 hours to northern WI that evening. I was in discomfort and worried that I'd have to go the long Memorial Day weekend without a crown on my upper molar. Dee Marie took my call and spoke to Dr. Konz, who made time in full office schedule to deal with my emergency. They got me into a chai within 15 minutes after office arrival, and like a swat team got me prepped. I have had a significant amount of dental work done by Dr. Konz and her staff and I am 100% satisfied with the dental work!!! Dr. Konz is extremely detail minded, professional and compassionate! I experienced no pain throughout my procedures (fillings and crown work) and my teeth look and feel great. The interim cleanings are painless and quick too. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone looking for a high level of cutting edge dentistry!
