Both the service and the food were excellent. We had 4 people; 2 had the burger, 1 had the glazed Salmon, 1 had the baked chicken and ginger glazed carrots. Everyone loved the meal, including the vanilla cake for dessert.
The hostesses need proper training on how to greet customers. The cardboard TV box behind the bar and the paper signs all over the place with arrows to the restrooms were a turnoff. Food and service were just OK. Will not return.
Disappointing. Service was lame. My pork chop was amazing but my husband's steak was so bad he couldn't eat it. The broccoli on the side would have had Alex chopped for sure. I did enjoy the Brussel sprout salad. I have no need to go back.
Amazing dinner experience. The Tomahawk steak for two was fantastic. You need to book reservations and go! Thank you Alex.
This may be the best restaurant I have ever been to. The restaurant is beautiful. The staff are so friendly and well educated on the menu. The food is like nothing I have ever tasted before. I would highly recommend and I will definitely return! Thank you Alex Guarnaschelli!!
First time and well worth it. Service was decent, but food made up for it. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. My husband had the chicken and said it was the best he's ever had, I felt the same about the salmon I ordered!
Seevice was less than par, certainly expected more from a restaurant of this caliber. Water glasses stayed empty for long periods of time, asked multiple times for additional butter and more. What should have been soft rolls were crusty. Son ordered NYStrip but waiter not paying attention brought the Wagu steak special - at quite the premium as you can imagine (only realized when saw it in the check). I had the Halibut special and another had the lamb, both had great taste but we're lukewarm (I'm being generous). However the... read more
Fantastic every time. Service is skilled and professional if not always overly friendly; however, the atmosphere, speed of service (ticket times) and quality of food, cocktails and wine list make this an every-trip go to place. Don't miss the cavatappi.
Best meal of my life! Bravo, bravo, bravo! Alex is my favorite Food Network chef. We chose to stay at Cassa because of Butter and the Sunday brunch we had was out of this world....eyes closed with each bite, humming...ummmmmmm!
