Very helpful in getting a unit
I got a storage in September, and everything was going awesome. Now it's about to be February, and 5 days before the bill is due my rent got raised by over $100. That has to be illegal, I am not happy. I am never using Butterkrust storage again. I am also going to warn as many people as I can, for the rest of my life. *Update. The property manager had no idea about the rate increase and contacted the corporate office on my behalf when he saw this review. He agreed that the increase was outrageous and had my rent lowered back... read more
