I went to get a cleaning and they did a full set of x-rays only for me to get a bill in the mail that says I owe for the x-rays when they are fully covered once a year. I call and they said you told us you didn't have x-rays but I said I wasn't sure because I only get them once a year. I called and asked about the bill and I was told pretty much that it was my fault and that they do not get previous dental records and they also do not call and check with your insurance to see either. Let's just say after going there for 7 years i have alot of concerns about things that were done there. I would not recommend this office.
