They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Dr Butler was extremely thorough and immediately brought resolution to my medical problem. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and I left with the feeling that my well being was her highest priority. Her staff followed up with a phone call to make sure that I had no further problems or complications. Service was prompt with very little waiting time. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and starting a class action law suit against her practice.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.
