Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes

I have gone to Dr. Butler for nearly 20 years. The fact that I have stayed with her so long should tell you how good a doctor she is! She has always answered my questions, and takes all of my questions very seriously. I hope she stays in Ottumwa for years and years, because I intend to keep going to her. She keeps up on all of the latest medical information. She genuinely cares about me, and all of her patients. I recommend Dr. Butler very, very highly.
