Great experience and the staff were very accommodating
Well, where do I start? I went to Butler preowned we sight where I filled out a pre-quilfied credit app and got approved for x amount of dollars. Which this got me into the store. After getting there, I was told I needed to fill out another credit app which gave me a lower amount to be approved. I felt that that was faulse advertising. Second, when going on the test drive, I was told nothing about the car, and that I had to figure it out myself. I found the staff at Butler RV to be very helpful and well knowledged on the unit that I purchased. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for an RV, to check them out.
I cant speak to the quality of the trailer or service department as we just got the trailer, but great experience so far. Jason, Sue, Bill, and Norm have all been more than helpful and great to work with. Everything from the "no pressure" sale, to the delivery has gone seamlessly.
I purchased my toy hauler from Butler RV Center. It was a Great experience. Very accommodating and easy to work with. Thanks guys!!!
