I recently checked out Butler Opticians and so happy I did. Had excellent service, the young man picked out the frames suited for me and I love them and get many compliments. I brought my sunglasses in as I like the frames. He chose the best colour lenses for my eyes. 2 year warranty is the best I’ve ever had with any Optical store. Highly recommend!
I have had several pairs of eyeglasses produced by Butler's. My eyeglass prescription is complicated. During my last vision test (NOT at Butler's), I was given an incorrect prescription. I didn't know that until I had the prescription filled. It was impossible to see clearly with the new glasses. After a new vision test, it was clear that the previous prescription was incorrect.
