I have had several pairs of eyeglasses produced by Butler's. My eyeglass prescription is complicated. During my last vision test (NOT at Butler's), I was given an incorrect prescription. I didn't know that until I had the prescription filled. It was impossible to see clearly with the new glasses. After a new vision test, it was clear that the previous prescription was incorrect. The lady with the nice messy hair was incredibly helpful and absolutely lovely! She was so kind and really took the time to help us choose the glasses we needed. Her friendly attitude made the experience even better.
