Terrible experience with Women and Infants. You're just a number to them, not a live human who needs care. You're just dollar signs to them. They charge for parking, for childbirth classes. Their front office staff are rude and refused to provide answers to questions about the policies in place, which left me with an incorrect bill totaling over $1000. I ended up switching hospitals over halfway into my pregnancy. I gave birth at a smaller hospital in Rhode Island and had an amazing experience where I felt listened to and ca... read more

I’m going to start off by saying that you should NOT bring your babies here for blood work. My fiancé and I brought our 1 year old daughter here for her 1 year blood work. We figured women and infants would be a good hospital to bring her seeing as they special in woman and infants. Big mistake. My fiancé sat with her and held her arm with one hand and her legs in between his. While holding her hand down he used his other hand to hold his phone out to distract her.
