Brisket is not on the menu ??? A barbecue place with no brisket? So I ordered tri-tip half the tri-tip dinner plate that I received was gristly and fatty and too chewy to even put on a sandwich. Left disappointed

You can smell the bbq before you see it. Well worth a stop if you're in the area. Three of us had hot links,tri tips and pork loin smoked garlic toasted sandwiches with beans. Can't recommend enough. Shame it's 5000miles from my UK home.
