Purchased a new f150 from here in September 2016. Up until this point I have been very satisfied and would have definitely given them future business. Went in today for maintenance and they charged me $49 for headlight adjustment which literally takes minutes if not seconds to do with a simple wrench. Never again will I do business them. This is not directed towards the technician who was extremely nice.

I can't say nice enough things about Buster Miles in Heflin. They have a playroom for kids which helped tremendously while car shopping. They offered us drinks and popcorn, they gave us free lunch at a local restaurant. Before leaving the lot with our new truck they washed it for us and filled it up with gas. Afterward, we received a Christmas card and were even notified we won a prize of a gas card and restaurant gift card. How awesome! That's customer service right there. :)
