Can't refer at this time. I paid $34 for top wash etc.. When the attendant called (Raiswd his hand for owner) I went out. No Wet/Black applied on tires. I mention that, he put it on. Soap scum all over the rims. He told me it was *Rust*. The rims are new. I walked up and used my finger w/a quick swipe and it came off. I said, "No, that's not rust". The backseat wasn't vacuumed. First time using MisterCar Wash and not totally satisfied. I don’t expect a detailed cleaning, but these are pretty obvious spots to clean. I hope to get atleast a free cleaning for next time. I was excited to get my car cleaned, but aside from the fresh smell, it’s not that great. I was on the highway when I noticed and now that I’m home spent 10 min detailing these spots myself.
The wash damaged one of my rear view cameras (was operational on the way to the carwash, and non-functional and visibly damaged after leaving). They unilaterally decided that "This has never happened here before, so it is impossible for the wash to have done this damage." and refused to cover any damages. They didn't even refund me for the wash they provided, a wash by the way that somehow missed all the bugs on the front grille/headlights. Staff are decently pleasant, though… See more

2019 took my 2019 Mazda CX-5 with custom low profile tires threw the wash and the track cut a Inner slice of my front tire. I told them and they just told me our tracks are unable to do that but obviously it did to my new tires on my car they insisted it was done elsewhere but I can honestly say no to that. They would not pay for the damages so I was out $245.00 it would of been better customer experience if they did the right thing .
