The service was terrible. There were many empty tables yet the host told us it was a 30 minute wait for 2 people. I'd be very disappointed with my staff if I owned this place as they did not know how to turn over the tables. They are definitely losing money. We ended up leaving and going across the street to the Thai Place where there was no wait and much better and friendlier service.

It was a wonderful atmosphere and the poet/ performers were excellent . Enjoy myself and i will be back..
Waited about 45 minutes for a table but that wasn't a problem. It was a Saturday night so that was to be expected. What made the 45 minutes a waste of time is when I ordered a pizza for my kids and was told I couldn't get mushrooms on just half the pizza. That is an utterly ridiculous concept to me. I was told it was against their policy. Needless to say, if a chef can't figure out how to put mushrooms on just half a pizza that makes the whole kitchen suspect to me and that is definitely an "F" for customer service.
Well as much as I love this restaurant I won't be returning. We had a large party and one server - much too much for one per to handle. No support from management. The food orders were taken all over the place. He said he could take 9 separate checks. He should have divided the table into 9 separate orders. Table 1, 2 ect. That way food would have arrived in an orderly fashions. He waited to to the end to divide bills by asking everyone what did the order. What a mess. Awesome. Warm place with great food and the book selection ..i never leave without a great book.
Well, I went there twice this trip. The first time was perfect. Great food, drink, and service. The second time, not so much. Service problems, food was really good, but not quite as polished as the first night, and the coffee was with desert was served room temperature. I would only go back if they weren't busy.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible service and mediocre food. The waitstaff and management were unprofessional. I will never spend any of my hard earned money on an eatablishment which is less than deserving. Im sure this review will not make it to their board so Ill be leaving a yelp review.

Loved the ambiance and the food was amazing! I had the Lamb burger with sweet potato fries and the hot cider to drink! I wohld recommend this place to anyone and I plan to return.
