My husband and I were eager to check out Busboy and Poets as it came highly recommended. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We both had the grilled chicken panini for lunch which didn't have any flavor at all. We also were both left still feeling hungry after our meals. The ambiance and wait time were not bad. However, it didn't impress me enough to want to return anytime soon.

As much as I heard how great the place was I really thought they were talking about the food as well. Ambiance is nice but the quality of food is lacking...one and done

The food here is always good. I bring all my out of town guests here because it's close to my house. Unfortunately there's always a high turn over of wait staff. This is the third time that my meal came before my appetizers. They need to do better. I've never had that problem at any of the DC locations.
