Always busy is indicative of how outstanding Dr Peter Burt is along with all staff. No I didn't get a magic cure but I did get answers
Arrogant and dismissive. After a 3-hour wait to see P Burt, he made a 10-second exam of my eyes and declared everything was fine. He would not listen to my concerns, did not seem to know why I was there, had no idea he had performed surgery on me just a few weeks before and made condescending and snide remarks as I described my symptoms. I was booked in for an urgent appointment by an optometrist due to potentially sight threatening complications after cataract surgery. This is the Bendigo Eye Clinic, run by an eye surgeon and his partners. Very busy place and there is always a queue to get in to see them. And,wait as well!
