Great experiences often, then tonight, they served me an oil slick on a plate. Bad enough to wait (ignored) so long, only to be seated at a sticky table with food on the seats. I couldn’t eat the $10.49 Chile Relleno plate because it was all grease and zero flavor. I paid the check and left, went home and made dinner. One of our favorite restaurants, but after tonight, I can’t see going back. I feel dirty and gross. So incredibly disappointed.
Had the best mojito tonight!!! I also love the vegan socialist burrito! Yummy!!!
Waited a hour and a half never showed up called couldnt find my delivery order never again
Lunch on Friday graduation weekend: my host forewarned me there was a rush wrapping up and it could be 30-40 minutes for my order. Maybe it was because I ordered solo, but I couldn't have had more than 15 minutes from order in to chowing down. This experience is leagues beyond the low point I saw 2 years ago. It seems management is listening to guest reviews and making good staffing choices. Order two vegan sanctuarys. And got anything but. It was cold. We asked for it to be warmed up. And when the burritos came back they where a soggy mess. And we where given forks. As the burritos no longer had the sleeve around it for holding. Kind of defeats the purpose of going for a burrito. Don't you think? At this point we just decided to leave. Pretty disappointing. It was our second time there. The first time we went there it was phenomenal. I don't know what happened.
