was served a cold burrito sent it back and got it back cold again won't be going there again
We went to get the Thanksgiving Burrito.. might as well call it a Mashed Potato Burrito. We ordered before happy hour and didn't get the special prices for some reason. The server didn't even ask if we wanted a to go box for our over done queso. I didn't want to take it home anyways because it looked like baby poop!!!
30+ minute wait for dinner in a half-filled restaurant. Chips served were very stale and when we told the server they brought out replacements that were also stale. Server said he had heard that complaint from others - no adjustment to the bill despite the acknowledgement of the less than the acceptable meal. Service and food were not worth the price.

Disgusting! Horrible quality food, terrible service! No FLAVOR or taste, tortillas were dry and falling apart! Didn’t even eat our food and the waitress only had $2 taken off the bill. Now I have to go eat dinner somewhere else. One waitress for the whole bar and she was less than friendly! Huge disappointment! Zero stars. Terrible experience all around. Food AND customer service. ����
Love this place! Steak tacos are fav. They still have the jalapeno lime golden, my favorite Fitgers brew! Margaritas are fantastic too!
Used to live Duluth. Now I dream of BU every time I plan a trip back and I always stop here. Food is always delicious and the service I've had is good. If you go to BU you have to order their staples - the burritos, the wings, and those ding nachos. Don't be expecting some higher end Chipotle or California burrito/taco joint either. BU is it's own entity.
