Called in a Togo order, went in to pick my food up & the food was cold. The cashier was horrible & I hate that I didn’t get her name or the person’s name that she was training 🤦🏾♀️ . I let her know my food was wrong & the presentation was horrible, she let me know that she clearly didn’t care. She got Jeremiah “the manager” who was actually worse! Nothing was resolved at all. I came in at 4:20 pm 4/2/2019. They told me i can have a seat in the patio. I proceed to go to the patio and sit. I waited about 20-30 minutes. Without getting a menu. Their was only 5 people on the patio and a handful at the bar. They had at least 5-6 people working. Not sure if the waiter was just scared to talk to me or what. Was very annoying especially if i did order i would extend my collective time there to over an hour. Service sucks. Ate here once before and food is mediocre. went in today for Taco Tuesday shout out to Corrine for being on point while taking care of everyone around the bar/patio. excellent service and quick. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The food is decent, the prices are low, the staff is friendly, and the doors are open late, but the service is very variable. Sometimes you get your food fast and hot, other times you literally wait 40 minutes for two room-temperature tacos or they get your order wrong (especially if your order tableside instead of at the counter). Not many other choices, though, if you're downtown after dark.
You will end up waiting a while (over an hour) for your food.
