1st visit to a Burrito Gallery, and probably my last!!! I waited an hour for 2 shrimp tacos last night only to have to go ask for a refund. There was not even an apology offered just a "You want a refund too?" I said "yes", and the response was "NAME" ... "Here's your receipt". Never once was there a sorry or anything. Other people were asking about their long wait as well and getting yelled at by staff that they were getting the food out as fast as they could. Very rude setting and tensions were high. Out of things, wrong orders
1st Time At Burrito Gallery. Thoroughly enjoyed the service & food. Matt & the rest of the Staff was very welcoming. Will definitely be back.
Alisha was nice, my family loved the burritos, and the cole slaw was amazing- and I’m not a fan of coleslaw.
