Disappointing. The food is mediocre, but all the little extras earn the one star review. $3.50 to add sour cream to your burrito, $1.50 to sub chips as your side...this is a mexican joint, chips should be a standard side not an extra. There is barely any meat in the burritos, at least in the grilled chicken burrito, and the lettuce is inside the burrito which is hot and turns it into mush like cooked spinach, not good. RecommendedThe best Burrito in town and our waitress, Joy, was so bubbly and took great care of us this evening.
Went during lunch and the cashiers were very slow and not friendly....took 30 minutes just to get a small burrito and after standing in line for about 10-15 minutes had about 5 minutes to eat!!! The food was cold and the meat tasted like it was burnt!! Totally killed my hour lunch!! They cannot accommodate a busy downtown lunch crowd...will not be eating there again!!!!
Terrible service and management. Waited almost an hour for food. Waiter said it would be out soon, told him to bring out check with our food since we were in a hurry. He somehow took that as we didn't want our food we just waited an hour for and canceled our order. So hour of our time and no food. Work on your service
Curry chicken was heavenly! Entertainment under the stars, nice.
