The caring the staff shows, towards the pets AND their families never ceases to amaze me. Most recently, had to take my little man in for a 'same day emergency' appointment. Expected a long wait; but was attended to, quickly. The vet, assistant & tech were all very professional, while managing to put my fears at rest. My dad was bringing his dogs here, when it was 'Doc Garrison's'. Some things, you stay with. Why 'shop around', when you're already getting the best possible care?
My family has brought our pets here since I was a child. For a short time I used a place nearer to where I live, but I've since returned, the prodigal child, to these guy because of their dedication to treating not just the physical needs of our pets but taking care of the whole pet. I love how these guys love our pets and care for them as if they were their own. Amazing and beautiful people doing wonderful things for our pets.
I've been going to this vet hospital for at least 30 years or more, it's always been a good experience the veterinarians are top notch, well informed and pleasant. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.
Always excellent care...we have come here since 1983 or 1984. Everyone is so focused on the best care for your furbabies. I would not go anywhere else.
We've taken our pets to Burnt Hills Vet for years. Today we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old cat. From start to finish, they could not have done a single thing any better. This is a great practice that wil give your loved ones the best care possible.
