I took my kitty in because he was very sick, lethargic, and wouldn't eat. I was taken into an exam room within 3 minutes of arriving and the tech was very prompt. The vet came in seconds after the tech left the room and said my kitty's bladder was about to burst and he needed a catheter immediately. He apologized for his hurried behavior, but I understood the urgency of the situation. Burnt Hills is the best place ever, I went to the open house, that was great to see everything and learn some things, it's the only place I will bring my Babies, I have a 15 year old pug who sees Dr.Elson, we love him and I'm Thankful for everyday I get with my boy Panda, there's vets a lot closer to me, I'm in Pattersonville but wouldn't think of going anyplace else, thank you to everyone, you are all great.
Burnt Hills Vets is the best, we love the staff and Dr.Elson, he's so very caring and my 15 year old pug loves him too, we live in Pattersonville but wouldn't go any place else, it's worth the Drive, and just adopted a kitten who will be going to see Dr.Elson.
